Eligibility for Returns
To maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, returns are strictly limited to the following conditions:

- Reporting Window: Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a return.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fragrances: All perfumes and fragrance products.
- Jewelry: Earrings or any personal-use jewelry.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or promotion are non-returnable unless they are proven defective upon arrival.
Return & Refund Process

- Inspection: Once the item is returned to us, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Resolution: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the specific circumstances.
Policy Reservation
Brooklyn Sparkles reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined above. The cost of return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrectly delivered or arrived damaged.
